Mermaid (Mami-Water) appears at a high end event?

Now you are here to see the Mermaid  right?  Check out Dabota Lawson’s lovely outfit to movie premier on Saturday at Silverbird. Lovely outfit though but the flare wasn’t needed with such attire.
What are your thoughts on this outfit?
