The Maryjane Trip! A stoners’ confessions

How is it possible that i saw myself in another world? I literally felt inhuman, like i was not from Planet earth and nothing here existed. I saw clouds and light different from any i have ever seen. I was walking in the midst of other spirits and for a moment there, i did feel like a spirit. Of some sort.
In this entire time i knew what good was. An i ultimately knew what evil was. In a space of what felt like 10 minutes, but which was actually 4hours i found myself discerning good from evil, right from wrong. I knew what to do, what not to do. It felt as though my spirit was lifted out of my body and i was a very spiritual being. I found a deeper meaning into a lot of concepts that ultimately determined the end of the world and how everything was going to fade away. Is this what the w*** trip is?

Snoop-Lion-Rolling-Blunt

Matse Uwatse Nnoli Issues Press Statement On Nigeria Info Termination

Matse-Uwatse-
Rumors had been floating around over the past couple of weeks about popular On Air Personality, Matse Uwatse Nnoli and her termination from Radio station, Nigeria Info. Most notably that she was fired because she was rude and had a bad attitude.
Matse had been silent about all the stories, but has now come out to release a press statement about the issue, and also confirms that she is expecting a baby with her husband Ekemelu Bertram Nnoli.
See Press Statement Below:
Dear all, compliments of the day to you.
I believe a lot of you must have heard of the recent termination of my job as an OAP (On Air Personality) on 99.3 Nigeria Info Fm. Well, it is true.
I have read on several blogs that I was sacked for being arrogant, rude etc. Even recently that I lacked discipline. If I lacked discipline, I wouldn’t be successful in my career. I believe discipline, integrity and honesty goes hand in hand with true success. Ask those who have met and known me and they will tell you that this is what I live for. I am not perfect, I have made mistakes but who is perfect?
I prefer to be silent on matters like this but since silence is assumed to be consent, I will not consent to my hard earned reputation being dragged to the gutters. I worked too hard for it.
On the 2nd of September 2013 while on admission at First Consultant Medical Centre, Lagos. I received an email while on my sick bed, announcing my termination. Honestly, I was not angry but a bit shocked. I had been too sick lately due to my pregnancy and was not at my best but I expected my company to be supportive of me. Yes, I wanted them to be supportive of me because I had worked hard over the years to bring them much glory.
I know that I will see all sorts of articles and comments to discredit me but I simply ask this of you all. If you have ever met me and I was unpleasant to you, feel free to vent but If you don’t know the real me and all you have heard are insinuations, hold your peace.
I love people and always wish them well. My mentees and honest colleagues will testify to this.I love progress because I believe the sky is big enough for all the birds to fly. AIM Consultants. I am not mad at you. I believe when one door closes, another one opens. I have served you well over the years, brought you accolades. So please, let me go in peace and insiders in the Organisation who do not like guts should not use it as an opportunity to tear me down. I am a good person and YOU
ALL KNOW THIS!
God bless AIM Consultants, I learnt a lot from you and I am grateful. God bless us all!

Tusk foundation Gala: Kate Middleton Dazzles In Jenny Packham Dress

It’s only been nearly two months since Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince George, but the new mum is already back to being her glamorous self.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore a sparkling silver Jenny Packham gown to the Tusk Foundation Gala dinner on Thursday, looking happier and prettier than ever.
Sporting her signature wavy hair, simple makeup and a fab pair of sequined heels, the Duchess dazzled the crowd alongside husband Prince William, who looked every inch the heir to the throne in a classic tux.
Prince William addressed the attendees of the gala, saying:
“As you might have gathered, Catherine and I have recently become proud parents – of a baby who has a voice to match any lion’s roar! This is actually our first evening out without him, so please excuse us if you see us nervously casting cheeky glances at our mobile phones to check all is well back home.”
