Beyonce's 'Drunk In Love' Proclaimed Offensive By U.K's Bang Radio Station

Bang Radio will not play one line of Jay Z’s lyrics in the song on their radio ever again. Says promotes domestic violence.

Beyonce and Jay Z - Drunk in Love
Jennifer Ogole-BangRadio

Beyonce’s Drunk In Love may be a hit in the U.S., but a U.K. radio station, Bang Radio, has decided to play an edited version of the Jay Z-assisted track, according to Euroweb. Seems not everyone bows down to Queen Bey after all.
Reports from the Huffington Post last night says, Bang Radio announced this week that it will only play an edited version of Drunk In Love, in light of a line from Jay Z verse in the song.
The radio claims that the rhyme in question has Jay referencing to the Tina Turner biopic What’s Love Got to Do With It as he raps, "Now eat the cake, Anna Mae / I said eat the cake, Anna Mae." The film centers on Turner's relationship with her husband Ike Turner, starring Angela Bassett and Lawrence Fishburne. Turner, whose real name is Anna Mae Bullock , is shown in the film being forced to eat cake by Ike.
Bang Radio CEO, Jennifer Ogole released a statement explaining the motivation behind taking out Jay Z's line from Drunk In Love, "The lyrics controversially imitate a scene of severe domestic violence within the film, displaying promotion of domestic violence against women," she stated. "In this light Bang [refuses] to play the song lyrics from henceforth on our station."
"We believe in the unity of women and music and in no way condone violence, domestic or otherwise, especially not through the power of music," the statement continued.
"Therefore, the decision has been made to wipe the stated lyrics from the song … Respectful of what our audience [wants] to hear on Bang Radio, we feel this is the right action to take in regards to the controversial lyrics of the song and we will continue to serve in social equality for people through music and content on our station."

Wow! What do you guys think, Is Bang Radio right or wrong?

Justin Bieber Departs Jail. Pops Bottles In Miami

play Justin Bieber arrested for drag racing
Justin Bieber hasn't slowed  down a bit despite spending the night in jail. Just few hours after he posted $2,500 bail and was released from the Miami’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center yesterday, the singer was spotted heading straight to a South Beach bar for a few drinks alongside his dad, Jeremy Bieber!

Bieber was snapped checking his phone and hanging at a table filled with bottles by CBS News 4 MIAMI reporter Gaby Fleischman around 5:30 p.m. (EST) on Thursday. The snap shot also spotted his dad right by his side , the same way he reportedly was during the drag racing incident that led to Bieber’s arrest yesterday.
According to RadarOnline, "Bieber is planning on leaving the legal drama behind and heading back to California as soon as possible, but it seems he had enough time in his schedule for some refreshments at the unnamed spot at South Beach before his exit later."
As we earlier reported, Bieber was arrested in the early morning hours on Thursday for drag racing after partying at SET Miami nightclub and reportedly smoking weed all day before that.

However, back in Los Angeles, the felony vandalism investigation stemming from his alleged egging attack continues.
We will keep y’all posted for more on the Bieber-drama.
